Tea Party!!!

We invited my friend Katheryn and her daughter Macy over for dinner last night since their hubby/daddy was out of town for work. It was nice having the adult conversation (as much as possible with three little ones vying for attention :) ) and a change in routine. Joel went down early like he normally does on Mother's Day Out days due to a short nap, so us girls had a tea party!

Macy and Madelyn loved it! It was the first real tea party for both of them with real tea and food. I pulled out my petite tea set from when I was a little girl, and it was fun to watch them turn from wild children into little ladies when the "real" stuff was placed on the table. They felt like big stuff, let me tell you! They got all dressed up for the party, and then ended the evening with some dancing. Fun memories!
